First vechile purchase I first visited Toyota of Braintree to just see what my options were for a used car, as I never purchased a car before. When I entered Joey approached I first visited Toyota of Braintree to just see what my options were for a used car, as I never purchased a car before. When I entered Joey approached me and was very professional. He was able to provide guidance as he realized where I was in the car purchasing process. Joey was insightful and provide me with general overview of various vechiles to establish what vechile was best for me. He then provided details on the differences between the different corolla models. Joey is a no pressure person. I returned later in the week and Joey was off and was assisted by Fred. Fred was just as helpful as Joey. He made the test drive informative and easy experience. He was open and honest about the vechile, the Carfax was provided and clean, not accidents, but the car did have character and I didn't mind it. Fred was sure not to promise anything he could not deliver and did everything he could to make me a happy car buyer. This is particularly true during finalizing my purchase. Bill helped with available options I could put on the vehicle. He made the process simple and easy. Additionally he explained how the dealer was going to provide me with some complementary car services and arranged my for my first appointment of three free oil changes. Wallace helped me navigate the options for financing and warranty options. He was very understanding of my financial position and what I need. Bob handled finalizing the paperwork when I arrived to pickup my car. He made the process easy and made sure the nuances of the purchase were transparent. A great help. I would definitely be returning and would recommend them and this dealer to anyone purchasing a vechile. Everyone involved in my car purchasing experience were genuinely nice and want to help! More

We did not walk out of the dealership with an overwhelming feeling or that we had been pressured to buy. Our new Camry is the 5th purchase from Toyota of Braintree dating back to the days they were Toyota of Weymouth. Joey Foy was a pleasure to work with- very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Service department (especially Amanda Fournier and Brian Mannering) are also excellent without trying to sell you extra/unneeded service. Dave and Greg Tufankjians greet us as if we are family. Toyota of Braintree was superb with helping me make wise decisions that benefitted me, not just the salesperson. I worked with Joey, he treated me with respect and made sure I got the best car that suited me as well as my budget. I walked out knowing I made the right purchase. I was calm and so relieved to find honest, sincere and compassionate salespeople. Was also very confident of their service department. That is equally if not more as important as buying a car. Bob both leased my car and helped me buy, but my experience with everyone at the dealership was great. I came back 3-4 times to ask various questions about cars, going on multiple test drives. When Bob was out Joey stepped right in and answered all my questions. Edward was always there to explain the technical side to me and help me understand my options. I even changed my mind a number of times, moving from wanting a used car to a new one, but Bob never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. The financing team was great and made sure to explain everything to me. Bob sat in my new car for almost a half an hour explaining everything and answering all my questions. He even offered to explain all the technical things to my fiancé when he could come in. I was so ecstatic about my service at Toyota of Braintree that I had to give Bob a big hug when I picked up my new car. Bob is so great at developing relationships with his clients I would never go to anyone else. Bob is my car guy! More

I was hesitant at first but joey was able to negotiate a deal that I was very happy with. I had a few follow up visits to make for small repairs and Joey was always taking the proactive approach and called me to let me know when the service garage was available to accommodate my visit. He even dropped his PERSONAL vehicle to my residence and picked my car up and brought to be serviced. That is immeasurable. I was a huge help and allowed me to carry on with my workday with no interruptions. I was very grateful.
