Joey Gabarda was born and raised in the automotive capital of the United States, Detroit, Michigan. His passion for automobiles began as a child. Through education, Joey pursued and continued his passion for cars. He graduated with a BBA in Automotive Marketing Management from Northwood University. In 2015, Joey brought his leadership and management skills to West Texas by acquiring Classic Honda of Midland. His mission is to change the way dealers conduct business with customers in the Permian Basin. “The family relationship and customer loyalty are what we value. We want to be more transparent and make it easier to do business with our customers,” expressed Joey. Joey is the proud father of Ava and Jag. He has been married to the love of his life, Erin, for 12 years. They love living in Midland and giving back to the West Texas Community which has embraced them. Joey enjoys working out, playing Lacrosse, classic cars and spending time playing with his kids.

Compared to past experiences it was actually a pleasurable and productive time. Special thanks go out to Kalyn Boudreaux for his patience and perseverance in leading us to the right vehicle for our needs. Also thanks to the person (don't remember name) who arranged financing and developed all the voluminous paper work required for our purchase. One change to improve the experience would be to reduce the paper work but we realize that most of it is probably beyond your control. Never Again at Honda of Midland Was told two different things by two different people. One guy tells me that my battery was under warranty and sets me up an appointment for 0730 the Was told two different things by two different people. One guy tells me that my battery was under warranty and sets me up an appointment for 0730 the next day. That next day this guy tells me it'll be after 8 maybe 9! Then proceeds to tell me it'll be $168 to replace my battery that is less than 2 years old and under a3 year warranty! I explained the day before that if it's going to cost me anything that I would buy a better battery for $130 myself. In the end honda of midland refused to help me so I had to do it alone. Honda of midland has lost my business. More

Incompetent, unprofessional, & unorganized Even though I was still able to purchase my vehicle through Honda, it was the worst experience of my life. The finance manager was a completely rude t Even though I was still able to purchase my vehicle through Honda, it was the worst experience of my life. The finance manager was a completely rude to me. The sales people jerked me around and played games. They made me drive back-and-forth about 20 times to complete all of the paperwork. They lost the spare key to my vehicle when I purchased it (I had to wait for them to order a new key to program it). They messed up the first key they ordered & had to keep my vehicle until the next day to order ANOTHER spare key. When I completed signing all of my paperwork to finalize the purchase, no one asked me for the down payment. They realized they forgot to ask me for the down payment, and asked me to drive back AGAIN (for the 21st time) to drop it off. I told them I would drop off the down payment when I came to pick up the spare key. Then they threaten me, saying they would not pay off my trade until I gave them the down payment. (I wasn't trying to withhold the down payment, I was just trying to minimize the back-and-forth). Whenever I called & the front desk answered... She seemed completely clueless, careless & rude. The owner, Joey, promised to would make everything up to me... Not ONCE has he tried to do anything for me. I wish I could give this place zero stars. More

Buy Your Next Honda Here I bought my 5th Honda here. Yes, I wrote my fifth Honda. Heather Maggi seemed more excited than I did about looking at the new 2016 Honda Accord Touri I bought my 5th Honda here. Yes, I wrote my fifth Honda. Heather Maggi seemed more excited than I did about looking at the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. I owned a 2013 Touring so I was eager to see the 2016 version. Heather was exceptionally helpful and worked with me until it was time to sign the papers. I wasn't planning on buying but remote start, parking sensors, and a new robust GPS system could not be passed up. Not to mention the new body style and the rarity of the model at this time. While I was waiting for the paperwork, I met with the new management and they made some great new changes for this dealership. They are too numerous to mention but I can tell you that you will appreciate them if you buy your vehicle here. One neat addition for car enthusiasts, Nitrogen in the tires. Google it. More

Standing behind their prodict I just purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler for my son. An ignition issue arose one week after purchase. The service center along with the owner of Classic I just purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler for my son. An ignition issue arose one week after purchase. The service center along with the owner of Classic Honda stood behind this gently used vehicle and took care of ordering a brand new part so that we received our Jeep back in less than a week. They covered all costs associated with the labor and materials it took to get our vehicle back on the road. My next vehicle will be purchased at this same location because of their customer service and loyalty to their customers. More
