Was offered a black car, when arrived at dealer the sales associate Joey showed me a blue car and explained that they didn’t have a black car. I had agreed on a price with sales associate Joey, i was promised Numbers weren’t going to change, drove to dealer for 5 hours to LA to pick up car and when signing I was never explained that they had increased the price on the car and had changed in the contract. Finance exec gave me false pricing on GAP insurance and never explained that it would increase my monthly payment. They made me sign a contract under false information/ false pretences. Was then threaten to be taken to court by Finance exec for arguing the charges More
