My experience with trying to get appointment and trying to speak to someone about what maintenance might be recommended was a F- rating. I was transferred from person to person. I would start over trying a different number selection and just as bad. When I could speak with someone no one could answer my question. Finally I got an “advisor” got answers and an appointment.
