I bought a used car from them last year and within a year it had engine problems leading to the car being inoperable. It was so difficult to get a h
I bought a used car from them last year and within a year it had engine problems leading to the car being inoperable. It was so difficult to get a hold of them during that whole process for an update. Upon picking up my car, I right away discovered DAMAGE. (I did a walk around video of my car before dropping it off showing no damage.) I immediately notified Koon’s Ford and was told this matter would be looked into. Joey notified me that the complaint was received and that they are looking into it. I got one other update saying that the manager (Geoff) was looking into it and now it has been over a month and no one is returning my emails or calls! Save yourself the time, money and headache and do not go here!!
