I went to Harry Robinson for service of another vehicle, started looking at a new one and ended up at the end of the day driving a 2013 Terrain home( it was my new vehicle). Joey Thomas came out started ta started looking at a new one and ended up at the end of the day driving a 2013 Terrain home( it was my new vehicle). Joey Thomas came out started talking to us telling us the difference between an Acadia and a Terrain, he was very helpful and informing us the difference. I would and will recommend Joey to any of my friends looking for a new vehicle to go to Harry Robinson and look Joey up, he was referred to me. We have also enjoyed working with Harry Robinson other staff very thorough in the paper work and explaining things. Thank You More

I would recommend Harry Robinson to anyone. I have never bought a car from a dealership before so I was nervous. However, Joey Thomas was an excellent salesman. He was easy to talk to during the test driv bought a car from a dealership before so I was nervous. However, Joey Thomas was an excellent salesman. He was easy to talk to during the test drive. He explained the car very well. He kept me informed during the whole process. Never was I left alone to wonder what was going on. Once, the sales part was done. I was walked to Mike Hesson's office. He was very professional and detailed with the paperwork. I left the dealership knowing everything about my contract and my car. And I have nothing but positve things to say about Joey and Mike. More

At 22, this was my first purchase of my own car. So when i went into Harry Robinson, I was of course nervous. After meeting with Joey & giving him a little bit of info as to what I wanted to do, he began to i went into Harry Robinson, I was of course nervous. After meeting with Joey & giving him a little bit of info as to what I wanted to do, he began to point me in all the right directions. I am expecting my first baby so i was in need of a "mommy car". The first car Joey pointed out to me was the one I actually bought that day. Even after all my crazy excuses of why i shouldn't buy the car, Joey was very patient & helped me decide I was indeed making the right decision. I would recommend Joey to any & all of my friends\family who are looking for a vehicle. He was VERY personable with me & never once made me feel pressured, like most car salesman do. If i ever decide to get a different car, I WILL be going back to Mr. Joey! The only complaint I have is that about 2 1/2 weeks after getting the car, I had to take it to the dealership because the drivers side window only rolled down about 2 in. I hadn't notice this issue any sooner because it was very cold weather when I purchased the car. When I tested the windows the first time i sat in the car, the fact that it went down 2in was (I thought) a good sign that the windows all worked. When I took the car into the dealership to have it fixed, the gentleman who helped me was very rude & informed me that I would have to pay for the expenses of the broken window OUT OF POCKET because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I was very upset. This car had been SOLD TO ME with a broken window & I was being told I had to pay for it. Doesn't seem right according to everyone I've spoken with. Considering the cost was WAY out of my budget, I couldn't afford to have them fix it. I have since then had to buy the part it needed at a parts store & pay a personal friend to fix it. I was still out of pocket on something that I should never have had to pay & that was & still is very upsetting to me. More
