Excellant service from Chris Kelly to the finacial to Ben in the service department and signing the papers. We felt VERY welcomed and at ease. Cali, Ben and Chad are great! I have worked with all of them and had interactions with everyone in the department and not once felt like I was inconveniencing them as someone who I have worked with all of them and had interactions with everyone in the department and not once felt like I was inconveniencing them as someone who don not purchase a Subaru but still have brought my car in for service. Cali and Ben have always gone out do their way to help me and explain how my warranty works as unfortunately I have had to use it a couple times now. Chad was a shuttle driver for me and was very courteous and ensured I got my car and everything was squared away before leaving. Everyone in the department is great and I would highly recommend!! More
