The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

Johann was awesome, friendly and knowledgable. From the second I got to the dealership he was waiting for me, he then answered all my questions, took me for a ride, gave me his recommendatios and stayed wi second I got to the dealership he was waiting for me, he then answered all my questions, took me for a ride, gave me his recommendatios and stayed with me while we ran some numbers, he spent nearly 5 hours with me until I finally drove with my new car back home. Thanks Johann, I really enjoyed my experience at Honda, the whole team are very nice people. More
