The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

Johann was great. He was very helpful and was very understanding of what my needs were. He was knowledgeable about the car we purchased and we really appreciated the time he took to help us customize understanding of what my needs were. This was our 4th Honda purchase with 1st Honda Simi Valley and with Johann David as our salesperson. Johann is amazing! Johann is a true product expert on all the Honda vehicles. This guy made not wanting to buy a Honda any more, at least not from 1st Honda, he was rude and disrespectful, used sarcastic voice tones and since the first interaction was negative. My husband and I just bought a new Honda Odyssey. We are very impressed with the vehicle and team at Simi Valley Honda. From the Finance Manager to the Sales Team, we had a wonderful experience. Johann stay very impressed with the vehicle and team at Simi Valley Honda. From the Finance Manager to the Sales Team, we had a wonderful experience. Johann stayed late and took the time to walk us through all the features of the vehicle before we drove off. Then he sent videos further explaining the car. Best dealership experience we’ve ever had.
