Johann and Julia were a pleasure to interact with. Johann was friendly and approachable, and instead of waiting for my father and I to come inside the dealership, he walked outside to attend to our needs 30 was friendly and approachable, and instead of waiting for my father and I to come inside the dealership, he walked outside to attend to our needs 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled test drive and appointment time. Not only did he know what color I wanted to look at for my vehicle, but he was able to take us there immediately for a test drive. Johann was also very knowledgeable about the car itself, and did not try to insert any hidden fees into the lease price. I was able to get the lease offer at the price advertised, and he was flexible as I worked on getting approved for insurance on the spot. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would recommend Johann and First Honda to all. Additionally, Julia was very friendly in the process as well, and overall I am pleased with my experience. More

This was my second visit to first Honda. I'm sorry to say my first purchase was totaled in an accident (distracted driver ran a red light).
