Don Rigsbee and Johanna Que were Fantastic. This is my 3rd Honda Civic that I have purchased so far in my life. My 2001 finally needed a major repair so I figured that I would go down to the Honda Auto Park in Cary and see how much it would cost to get into a new one. Well, salesman Don Rigsbee and finance expert Johanna Que worked with their teams to get me a great deal and monthly payments that my family could afford. Johanna even worked it out for me to purchase the extended warranty. We did all of the paperwork and I drove home in my new 2014 Honda Civic. I am very happy that I had an fantastic experience. Thank you to Don and Johanna and the rest of the team that made this all possible. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I spoke with Henry briefly who had us come in and meet with Carl. Carl greeted us and introduced us to Jon Choi. Jon was familiar with all of the new Odyssey features. Once we had picked out our vehicle, Jon even set up my phone and my wife's phone to work with the new vehicle. This was my first vehicle from Autopark Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. More

Everyone I've met at Autopark Honda has been very accommodating and friendly. I didn't feel pressured into anything and really felt that my sales consultant, Mark Yingling, wasn't just trying to sell me a car, but that he is passionate about the product he represents. I've never had someone take the time to explain the features of a vehicle like Mark did and he seemed to really enjoy going over everything with me before I drove my new car off the lot. Johanna made the financing easy to comprehend and Edie was really helpful in getting my side molding installed within just a couple of days. Glenn reached out to me in email and Carl stopped by to introduce himself when I was making my purchase. Autopark Honda has a fan for life! More

My expectation as customer The Odyssey is a great car, but because I'm 4 Feet 11 tall, I cannot feel comfortable driving or next to the driver seat, because my feet don't reach The Odyssey is a great car, but because I'm 4 Feet 11 tall, I cannot feel comfortable driving or next to the driver seat, because my feet don't reach the floor of the car. So, my preference was the Toyota Sienna, mainly because I'm happy with my Toyota Prius and the service that Toyota Hendrick is offering me. I'd like to emphasize that I came back to purchase the Odyssey not only because my husband liked the car, but because of the Joe Lunich service. He was really the trigger for my decision of purchasing with you. If I consider your after sales service, the one that I'm facing now, I regret to purchase the car with Autopark Honda, because I had a question about my car and came over to talk with some knowledgeable person, without calling Joe, because I thought, even though Joe was out of office that day, I would have the same service, thinking that was kind of standard at AutoPark Honda, big mistake! My seller wasn't there, NOBODY was willing to provide the information, even the technicians who perform maintenance in the car!!! How can I trust to give my car to a place where I can rely exclusivelly on the person who sold me a car? It means, if Joe leaves the company, I have to call and follow him where he is going to change the brand or dealler! This is unacceptable! Now, I also, regret to purchase all the services related warranty extention and maintenance with you, because I'm questioning if I'm going to have the same bad experience I had after I bought the car, when I visited you to clarify some questions with your After Sales Team. Another issue is offering manicure and massage to the customers (???) Why don't you ask your customers what is VALUE for them? When I go visit a dealer I want to have a very good care and fast service on my car, I can have a coffe or soda while I wait to get it back, but not manicure and massage. At this point, again Toyota Hendrick is years beyond of evolution that you: They are offering to wash the car forever, how may times the customer wish, so I can have my Prius washed by machine externally for 5 minutes, while I drink a very delicious capuccino, once a week and I can ask all of my questions to understand better how to use my Prius, all the team are always smiling and happy to support me, so I bought 8 years from warranty extention from them, no regrets. More

Eric was very friendly and we appreciated his laid-back approach to selling cars. This was our first car purchase, and we were not looking forward to the high pressure sales tactics we came to expect from approach to selling cars. This was our first car purchase, and we were not looking forward to the high pressure sales tactics we came to expect from reading about it online. We went to a few dealerships and talked with several people online, and we came to find out that Eric's approach is somewhat unique. Other dealerships didn't seem to think much of our intelligence, they tried to push unnecessary add-ons like pinstripes or fabric protection by having already put them on the car, using fuzzy math, or putting time limits on us (finance cash will only last a day or two, only four cars in the state with this color, etc.). Eric gave us the out-the-door price, and it aligned with the prices we saw from sites like KBB, truecar, and edmunds. Overall, I was pleased with the process. We ended up getting a new 2014 CRV. More
