Great Experience in purchasing my 2015 Honda CR-V Ex. Erik Lutz was an excellent salesman to work with, I told him I was looking to purchase a CR-V. He told me the dealer had several 2014 and only two 2015 demo cars as they were just arriving. He allow me to test drive one of these on Friday, October 24. Then he show me several other 2015s being unloaded so I could see the different colors available. We exchanged several emails, then on Saturday I called him to order the Honda 2015 CRV Ex in Mountain Air Mist. Since he already knew I was going to purchase this car, he had already ordered it. He told me it may be several weeks before it arrived as this car was already very popular. I was surprised when he called me on Wednesday, afternoon on Oct 29, that my car had arrived. The experience of purchasing the car went very smoothly on Thursday, Oct 30. He went over the options and explained how each worked. He has follow up with me since then.to make sure the car is preforming as designed. In buying cars the past 3o years, I have not had a salesperson to do this. If you are thinking about purchasing a Honda, be sure to ask for Erik Lutz. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My 2015 Honda is a very nice car to drive, has great pickup and great gas mileage. It is rated 27-34 with an average of 29. I got 37 this past Saturday!. Thank you Erik for a job well done! Great customer experience I worked with Charlie Bruce at Autopark Honda to purchase a new Honda Odyssey. This was my first Honda purchase, and the best car purchase experience I worked with Charlie Bruce at Autopark Honda to purchase a new Honda Odyssey. This was my first Honda purchase, and the best car purchase experience that I've ever had (and I've owned a Lexus in the past). I emailed Charlie to let him know what I was interested in looking at. He had the perfect vehicle cleaned and moved to a parking spot beside the showroom prior to my arrival. After the test drive, they appraised my old car and we worked out a deal more quickly than I would have ever expected. This is a very large Honda dealership. There was a lot of activity going on while I was there, but it was very quiet and not chaotic at all. We worked in a relatively private space while we were working out the details. As part of my deal, they are installing a roof rack. I've already been contacted and have scheduled the appointment. I haven't experienced the service department yet, but it appears that the experience will be vastly better than my past dealings with other automakers' dealerships. They offer free lifetime oil changes, free lifetime loaner cars if your appointment will take longer than 2 hours, and other free services while you wait. I'm very impressed with this dealership and will definitely be back for other purchases in the future. Their attention to the experience of the car purchase process has won them a new customer for life (as long as they maintain this high bar going forward). More

There have been others in-between, but my heart will always be with Honda. This is our 3rd Honda purchased locally, and by far the best experience at a dealer. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to purchase a car there. Carly was an enthusiastic sales person, and we clicked immediately. Jae was especially GOOD at explaining operation of the new car to me and my wife in detail and step by step including setting up the BlueTooth function linked with our Samsung Android phone into the CRV hands-free phone access function.
