Extremely slow. Have been twice now. Oil change alone took 3 hours. Oil change and swapping an electrical plug took 8.5 hours. Both trips should have been less tha Have been twice now. Oil change alone took 3 hours. Oil change and swapping an electrical plug took 8.5 hours. Both trips should have been less than an hour. Especially with appointments scheduled ahead of time. I can understand the plug swap taking longer…but they literally had a service note for those plugs and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do to fix it. Still took over 8 hours Then they saw a tire had a nail in it but they couldn’t fix it. Gave me my truck back with 15psi left in the tire and expected me to drive off 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ (fyi they filled it up after I asked them to and it’s made it a month without needing any air so they literally drained the air out of the tire and never replaced it…) More
