Nick was terrific. Car buying -as stress free as it could be Nick was terrific, answered all my silly questions and was a knowledgeable, no pressure guy who was super easy to work with. When sitting down with the F&I guy, I was told "here is your monthly payment" with all the additional warranties slid in there with no explanation until I asked about the form. I was so unhappy to find out that the car was costing an extra $5000 for the additional warranties-which should have been brought up and explained when I first sat down-that I just about walked out of the dealership without buying a car. Why not be up front about the warranties, instead of sneaking them in as part of the "monthly payment". I am a CPA and don't appreciate someone not being honest with me about the numbers. Had I been told up front about the warranties, I would probably have bought them anyway. But the way it was done still makes me mad as xxxx. More

Genuine People I’ve purchased many New cars and never have I been sat down and had a sales person (Graham Ryan) go over everything from A-Z. I spoke with John Ahlstrom over the phone and he was just an awesome person, then when I met him in person at the dealership he made me feel and know that he was there to help me with every aspect of my car buying experience. I was greeted by a salesman when I walked into the dealership, he immediately let the receptionist know who I needed to speak with. As he did that John Ahlstrom approached me an introduced himself, asked me would I like a drink and immediately after Graham Ryan walked up, greeted me and took me to a table and talked with me a few minutes and then there was another employee that came out (he greeted me and introduced himself but I can remember his name) to let me know he was working on getting papers printed for my purchase. Then Graham asked me would I like to go over a checklist to setup my MDX features and other things. I love these guys and I had a wonderful car buying experience. I will be sure to refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to see these guys at GUNN ACURA!! More

disappointed with purchase and the way warranty handled I bought a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership. I purchased the extended warranty that covered everything including tires. When I first purchased t I bought a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership. I purchased the extended warranty that covered everything including tires. When I first purchased the car and took it home, I found that the passenger side seat belt did not work. Well low and behold they did not want to fix it. I had to argue with the general manager to have it covered, and the Volvo dealership made that happen. Now less than four months of owning the car, I got a flat tire, and when they went to fix it, 3 of the 4 wheels are bent. So I went to Discount Tire, and they called my so called extended warranty, and low and behold they would not cover it. Not surprised!! Then I was told the front two tires were bald, no surprise there either. If I were a consumer I would never nor recommend this dealership to anyone. They took my money, I even asked the finance guy these specific questions, and he assured me up and down these types of things are covered. Well they are not, and its a shame that I pay for a car, bought the extended warranty to cover these things, and now I had to put another 1000.00 out of pocket. Please beware of this dealership and the sharks that work there. More

Great Experience leasing my MDX This is my second Acura to lease from Gunn Acura. I had the RDX first and 2 kids later needed the MDX. They did not have the color I wanted without This is my second Acura to lease from Gunn Acura. I had the RDX first and 2 kids later needed the MDX. They did not have the color I wanted without hail damage in the MDX when I went in on Wednesday afternoon, but got the black MDX at the dealership and ready for me to take home by Thursday afternoon. Andrew D'Souza was great to get me into the new MDX and on my way home in less than an hour and a half on Thursday. A great and easy experience! More

So much so, that when I recently was shopping for a new car for my daughter I called upon Frank at Gunn Acura to help me to locate something perfect. It took a few visits and multiple test drives and incredible follow up by Frank - and a transfer from another dealership to find the perfect surprise for my daughter!!! He is a class act, just like all his awesome counterparts!!! John got my financing done quick, got me in and out! Gotme into service asap to get the finishing touches and as always Tomas made me feel like a rockstar!!! Love these guys! More
