Amazing experience!!!! I had never owned any other car but Chevy and I never thought I would drive anything else. Well, since my car was getting older I wanted to trade my 2 I had never owned any other car but Chevy and I never thought I would drive anything else. Well, since my car was getting older I wanted to trade my 2012 Chevy Cruze in for something newer and everyone recommended Hyundai. So, I researched a little and fell in love with the Elantra and Hyundai’s warranties!!!! I was recommended to this dealer by a friend and it was nothing but the best experience. I worked with “Big John” and he got me the deal I wanted, without even begging. Dealerships can be intimidating and frustrating but it was not a hassle at all doing business with them. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car AND ask for “Big John” I promise he will not disappoint! Thank you so much John and Hyundai of New Port Richey!!!!!! John Arrington, my new car salesman John Arrington is a great salesperson. I have bought 7 Hyundai's from the Giant and always ask for John to help me. When I purchase my vehicles, I n John Arrington is a great salesperson. I have bought 7 Hyundai's from the Giant and always ask for John to help me. When I purchase my vehicles, I never have a problem with the sale. John is always there to help and explains everything to you right from the beginning. You never have to worry if something is not right! On a test drive, he explains everything to you and double checks to make sure you understand what all the "goodies" you have purchased on your car is for. If you don't understand something, John takes the time to re-explain it again. He doesn't mind if you ask him 4 or 5 times the same question. He is always there to help you in anyway he can to make your sales experience pleasant. I will continue to buy my cars from John Arrington, also known as BigJohn. I would not have any other salesperson! Way to go, John! More

Big John is awesome! I met John in 2013. I went with a friend to get an oil change for his Hyundai. He happened to be one of John's clients. To be honest I had no inten I met John in 2013. I went with a friend to get an oil change for his Hyundai. He happened to be one of John's clients. To be honest I had no intentions in anyway, shape or form of buying a car that night. We got there at 4 and by 9 I was driving home in my first Hyundai. I am now on my second Hyundai Elantra that I have purchased with John. He delievers outstanding customer service. I may not live in the area the next time I purchase my next car with John, but I will drive a great distance to work with him. Thank you John for all you do.
