Bought a brand new 2022 truck on a Friday and it wouldn’t start in the drive way on Sunday. I felt like I received terrible customer service from John ( not sure which one) I had to call onstar myself and start in the drive way on Sunday. I felt like I received terrible customer service from John ( not sure which one) I had to call onstar myself and wait until 3:30 before that came to get my truck. In the meantime I was told they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I said that’s not an option and then I was told, I had to wait until 2:15. Got to the dealership and waited an hour before I rental was ready for me. All in all, a total waste of 3 days. The serviced department could have cared less! More

The last service visit was very good, Chris Aloisi Made sure that I was happy with the service visit! Also the waiting area was better without the music playing, The news was on the TV. playing at a good v sure that I was happy with the service visit! They were clearly annoyed that I showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon. They wanted to get out of there. I had an appointment. The guy made a joke about my car. It's a Spark. Apparently that's not good enough afternoon. They wanted to get out of there. I had an appointment. The guy made a joke about my car. It's a Spark. Apparently that's not good enough for him. I waited for an oil change. I got a text message when they were done, but nobody came to the waiting area. The cashier was pleasant. But she didn't know where my car was parked. I had to hunt around a little before finding it. The worst thing is I do not believe they rotated the tires. One of them has a slow leak, and it's slightly underinflated. It was in the same spot when I left as it was when I came in. Passenger side rear. Thanks guys. More

Found damage to vehicle after service. Notified management, they never got back. Will go somewhere else. I only call once. This is my second purchase from DeNooyer Chevrolet. Huge shout out to Amy, the internet sales person, who stayed with me for more than a week as I went back and forth and had a lot of demands that I was loo shout out to Amy, the internet sales person, who stayed with me for more than a week as I went back and forth and had a lot of demands that I was looking for with my new car. Amy was great, never gave up on me, and continued to look through their until we found the perfect fit. Thank you Amy!!!! Chris Smith was also great when I showed up to the dealership to take a test drive. He went through all features and operating systems of the car before I even took it out. Usually, you go to the dealership and they hand you the keys, you test drive, then they try to sell. NOT this time, like I said, Chris took the time to go over all the features and benefits of this particular vehicle and was, or at least seemed, genuinely excited to show me all of this. It doesn't end there....... I came back a few hours later in the same day to pick up delivery of my car. That's where Chris Armando came in. He was amazing!!!! I do not believe the smile left his face the entire time I was there. Chris walked me through the paperwork, he held "everyday" conversation with me the entire time, walked me back to servicing to pay for the motor vehicle fees, and through out that entire process, he continued to ask, "would you like a drink?" "Can I get you anything?" He even introduced be to Mr. DeNooyer himself. Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Chris then sat with me to set up my OnStar system, download the MyChevrolet app, and the Apple Carplay. He showed me all the features of each system, and ensured that I was not just able to access each, but that I new what I was doing. :) Thank you to the entire Denooyer team, you will always be the first place I go for a new car. I always get my Chevrolet Avalanche serviced at DeNooyer. They do a great job. I always work with the same service advisor (John Atwood). The service department is always willing and able to solve the problem with my vehicle. The service advisers and mechanics are always friendly, efficient and courteous and make every visit a pleasant e solve the problem with my vehicle.
