A really great service department. John has taken good care of me and all my cars starting with my first Lincoln 20 years ago. Whenever I've talked with Arlen, he has always been informative and helpful. care of me and all my cars starting with my first Lincoln 20 years ago. John, your Service Manager is the BEST!! His suggestion for me to contact Ford and request them to cover my just over mileage (400) warranty repair was very helpful.
