A really great service department. John has taken good care of me and all my cars starting with my first Lincoln 20 years ago. Whenever I've talked with Arlen, he has always been informative and helpful. care of me and all my cars starting with my first Lincoln 20 years ago. They also leave me with a loaner in case I have to go anywhere. Laurie, who is always friendly, makes paying the bill either in person or over the phone an easy experience. More

John, your Service Manager is the BEST!! His suggestion for me to contact Ford and request them to cover my just over mileage (400) warranty repair was very helpful. His knowledge and timeliness allowed fo for me to contact Ford and request them to cover my just over mileage (400) warranty repair was very helpful. I’m battery once again would not start my 2015!escape. I had to bring it to have it tested. I had just had it replaced not yet a year old there. They took me in even though they are short staffed due to Cov had to bring it to have it tested. I had just had it replaced not yet a year old there. They took me in even though they are short staffed due to Covid-19. I asked them to check my front brakes and rotors while it was there. Got a call later that it was the battery, it was still under warranty so they replaced it. Told me I’d need new brakes and rotors by next inspection. I asked them to replace them while it was there. They did the required request. I picked it up the next day. They have always been very accommodating to me More
