Received a timely response from Johnny Barravecchio and he followed up with great facts (inventory, availability, pricing, etc.) and an honest, customer-focused approach. The Superstore is large, but welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly, leading up to my car purchase decision, in delivering the vehicle, choosing service options, and in following up afterwards for installation of the Clear Bra with "Adam 1". Definitely feel fortunate to have connected with Johnny for the sales process, and the Encore follow up delivery program with Daniel is great. My first Subaru and expectations have already been exceeded. More

In fact any Subaru Dealer I have been too in AZ. have the exact same assortments. On the down side it would be nice if Subaru informed the customer that previous promotions have been discontinued. This is my 5th Subaru, on the 2nd,3rd and 4th deals you were giving me a returning buyer discount, found out it was discontinued for the 5th. More

Found a dealership I will return to I went into this dealership on 12/15 to test drive a Crosstrek. John was so helpful and great to work with. John didn't pressure us to get something outside out price range and we left feeling good. Over the weekend I reached out to some other dealerships who then inundated me with 5+ calls and emails and multiple different people calling from the same dealership. It helped remind me how fantastic is was working with John. A single point of contact and he didn't leave me 3 messages a day telling me to call him back. This really stood out to me. We went back on 12/17 and worked with John to find a car in our price range with all the features we were looking for. We drove home in a new Impreza and absolutely love it. After the experience we had with John, Dan, and Joe, I think we have found a dealership we will return to again over the years and cars to come. If you're looking for a dealership that's family owned and doesn't feel slimy and pushy, this is the place to go. They own a few other dealerships I imagine have the same customer experience. More
