The pre-owned vehicle I was looking at was very thoroughly looked over by skilled technicians and a complete explanation of the status of the car was provided to me. I did not have to negotiate a fair price for the car because that is what John gave me as the initial price. He then helped me get a couple of items repaired on the car at a fair price. He also has the car detailed for me and when I took delivery I was amazed at how clean the car was.
