The new and used car sales staff are all top notch, informed and know what it takes to provide a great experience for their customers. My wife said it best when she stated she really liked John Beam in Pre-owned sales, "I trust him, he doesn't act like a car salesman." When the car we purchased went to the shop for some cosmetic work on the bumper, John Beam went out of his way to secure a hot rod Mini as a loaner for us, which will undoubtedly be my next purchase! John Beam and Mark Harless gave me a very fair price on my troubled trade in and a great price on a pre-owned 2011 Mini Countryman S. They were straightforward and played no games. Which has always been my experience at Cincinnati Mini. Whether buying a Mini or other Make, I am simply done with other dealerships. I have never had a bad or "shady" experience at Cincinnati Mini. I purchased my new car the night I took it for a test drive. Connor couldn't have made the finance portion any easier or more flexible. Felt like working with an old friend. I arrived late on a week night due to work and these guys stayed till 9:45 to get me in a good car. I can tell you they DID not make much on the deal, so they weren't doing it to get a big commission. I would never hesitate to send friends and family to Cincy Mini. More

John offered to hold the vehicle out from future use and have it detailed for our review. Several days later we made an appointment to come in and see the vehicle. We came in took a very short test drive and bought the vehicle. John was very professional throughout the process. We made the agreement and moved on to Chico for the paperwork. We were in and out with the car in the shortest period of time of any car we have ever purchased! I liked that. More

We had been looking for an M3 for over a month. We tried working with our local BMW dealer in Knoxville but they showed little interest in helping even though we had bought a 2013 BMW X5 from them. We searched all the normal sites and found several cars to our liking but before we could get in touch with the dealership the cars were sold. Then we found this car on cars.com and immediately got in touch with John Beam. My wife actually found the car and called John to check availability. When she was told by John that the car was available she called me. I was on business travel to Wash DC and I called John. We agreed to the principles of the deal Wednesday night and on Friday my wife and I drove to Cincinnati. The immediate first impression of the dealership was amazingly positive as we were greeted as soon as we came in the door. We explained we were looking for John and we directed to him. John was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and prepared. He had the M3 ready for us to test drive and then when we returned he had the paperwork ready. In a relatively short time we were back on the road to Knoxville with our 2012 M3. This was a great buying experience. My wife stated on the trip back home that "the next time we are in the market for a BMW we will come back to the BMW Store." More
