WORST DEALER TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A FAMILY IN MOURNING!!!!! My mom leased a vehicle from here unfortunately she passed away before the lease was up. We went to the dealer to find out what we MOURNING!!!!! My mom leased a vehicle from here unfortunately she passed away before the lease was up. We went to the dealer to find out what we do and we were advised to just drop it off and everything would be taken care of. Well several months later we get notified that we need to pay a large amount of money for early termination we reached out to this dealer spoke with the General manager Joe who was not helpful at all!!! I asked Joe to share the name and number for the owners and he told me that I was wasting my time!! Well i called them and got no assistance from them! Joe then called me back and told me to just ignore the bill and that it will go away. So i said don’t pay the bill. He said yes that is not what we expected to hear from Joe. We were looking for them to help us settle this as the salesman gave us VERY BAD INFORMATION about turning in the lease early. More

Stopped by the dealership late in the afternoon to look at Tacomas. We were met by a friendly salesman by the name of John DeLoach (aka Beatle ties). He was more than accomodating and even stayed past his scheduled shift to help us! He was very professional, knowledgeable and not "pushy". We were trying to decide between 2 trucks and needed time to discuss which one we wanted to purchase. After weighing our options we phoned John the next morning and told him of our decision. The dealership met our price without any push back (thanks to sales manager Jacob) which further solidified our high opinion of Village Toyota.
