I was born in 1960 in Brunswick, Georgia, one of Five Children. My Father was a Naval Commander/Pilot with 33 Years Active Duty. My Mom was like “June Cleaver”, and could Cook anything, and kept our Home Immaculate. I have lived in Georgia, Florida, California, Virginia, Alaska, and Michigan. I Graduated from Jefferson High School in Tampa in 1978. I worked as a Trim Carpenter and a Waiter, while I attended USF. I was Blessed with 3 Sons, and now have 5 Amazing Granddaughters. I Love Cars, and Music, and collect “Beatles Ties”. I live in Homosassa with my Beautiful Filipina Girlfriend, Marilou. In 1984 my love of cars pulled me into the Auto Industry. I have Owned over 40 Vehicles. I have worked in many different positions including Management. I have been with Toyota since 2006, and I am Master Sales Certified in Product Knowledge. We were coming from out of state so there was some extra effort in making sure everything was in order before we made the drive to pick up the vehicle (beautiful Toyota Highlander!). John made it easy. He was extremely responsive to emails and texts. And kind, patient and professional through all communication. When we went to pick up the vehicle, John had everything ready and greeted us with a handshake and a warm smile. Honestly, I loathe buying cars, but if I could have John as the salesman every time, I’d feel much differently about it. good service and time well spent I was grateful for the great service of changing vehicle but the presentation by the financial manager should have existed during the negotiations for I was grateful for the great service of changing vehicle but the presentation by the financial manager should have existed during the negotiations for the price of the vehicle so the extended warranty could have been included in the loan price instead of me having to pay for it separately. I recommend JOHN DELOACH My experience at this dealership was not as smooth as it could've been, due to management making it more difficult than it had to be. John is a rock star, he is incredibly knowledgeable and did every thing in his power to make sure I was satisfied, which included him driving and delivering my car to Atlanta which is 6hrs away from Village Toyota!!!
