Purchased a 2024, 5000 mile loaner wilderness Subaru on Thursday July 10th from Turnersville location. When we drove the car, we pointed out to JOHN the sales there were no floor matts. HE said " OH we'll Thursday July 10th from Turnersville location. When we drove the car, we pointed out to JOHN the sales there were no floor matts. HE said " OH we'll find those for you". At time of closing sale, he said he'd clean the car up a bit more and I say, and get the Matts in, he says something like "yeah".. Hubby came home without Matt's, understandable after hte hour and half of insurance paying etc.. we called right away, and John says, sure come buy for the Matt's. I went buy yesterday and he gave me basic Crosstrek Matts. Instead of putting them in place he threw them in the truck, I said, they are not Wilderness Matt's , he says, it's all I can do not a new car .... Yada yada yada (while he has them up on eBay ...) . Dumb me, I don't make sure they fit, the basic cross trek Matt's don't even fit the Wilderness Model. And it is a safety thing, on driver side, the Matts are secured and the Wilderness is a different size than the basic Crosstrek Matts JOHN & ANTONIO From Turnersville Presitge gave me. No return calls - ofcourse not. - they are making a few hundred off the Matts that were included in the advertisement for the vehicle. Again another sleazy deal for car salesman. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE - PARTICULARLY JOHN AND ANTONIO in TURNSERVILLE. 5000 mile loaner doesn't loose Matt's - the sales people take them to make money on the side meanwhile screwing their customers. We LOVED our experience at Prestige! John was the BEST- he made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in the door. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and he was very upfront about everythin he made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in the door. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and he was very upfront about everything throughout the whole process. I had a very specific color combination request for my new Forester, and John found one that was scheduled to be delivered to the dealer. When it looked like there would be delays, he found the exact car I wanted and I had it in less than a week. I would not hesitate to recommend John and Prestige to anyone shopping for a car.
