After multiple calls to the sales associate and no call back, I unfortunately had to call the sales manager. I hate to go above the associate but after this going on for almost 6 months it was time to stop waiting and have issues addressed. They still owed me items from when I purchased my vehicle 6 months prior. After leaving a message with the manager I received a call back within hours and received very prompt service. The loan department was AMAZING and really worked with us to get us the best deal. Definitely recommend and will see them again the the future. More

Bournes continues to shine for a thrid time This is the third time we've purchased a vehicle from Bournes over the page 7+ years and each time we've had the best customer experience as well as s This is the third time we've purchased a vehicle from Bournes over the page 7+ years and each time we've had the best customer experience as well as some of the best prices. Our prior two cars (a 2001 BMW and a 2007 BMW) were in great shape and we only had to put normal maintainence into them (knock on wood). We just traded in the 2001 (receiving a very fair price from Bournes, another plus). John Benner was very helpful and went over many of the choices we had available (as we test drove several vehicles). Based on the experiences we've had over the years (and the reason why we keep coming back), I would highly recommend working with Bournes if you're in the market for a "new to you" vehicle. They take the pressure out of the experience and do everything possible to match you with a vehicle you'll love. More

From the second I walked into the office I was made to feel like I was a friend. John told me about the vehicle that I was thinking of. When I say he told me about it I mean everything. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers in my life and they all talked so fast and would not listen to or answer any questions I had. That is not what happened when I dealt with both John and Andrew, they listed and even helped me get everything done in one day.
