Bournes continues to shine for a thrid time This is the third time we've purchased a vehicle from Bournes over the page 7+ years and each time we've had the best customer experience as well as s This is the third time we've purchased a vehicle from Bournes over the page 7+ years and each time we've had the best customer experience as well as some of the best prices. Our prior two cars (a 2001 BMW and a 2007 BMW) were in great shape and we only had to put normal maintainence into them (knock on wood). We just traded in the 2001 (receiving a very fair price from Bournes, another plus). John Benner was very helpful and went over many of the choices we had available (as we test drove several vehicles). Based on the experiences we've had over the years (and the reason why we keep coming back), I would highly recommend working with Bournes if you're in the market for a "new to you" vehicle. They take the pressure out of the experience and do everything possible to match you with a vehicle you'll love. More

From the second I walked into the office I was made to feel like I was a friend. John told me about the vehicle that I was thinking of. When I say he told me about it I mean everything. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers in my life and they all talked so fast and would not listen to or answer any questions I had. That is not what happened when I dealt with both John and Andrew, they listed and even helped me get everything done in one day. Everything I hate about buying the car buying experience (pushy salesman, high stress, back and forth negotiating, pressure from Manager, and of corse the Finance person who is typically as much pushy as the salesman) is non-existent at Bourne Auto. My salesman John was great to deal with. He was knowledgable and not full of your typical BS salesman talk. It was nice to deal with a salesman who was down to earth and not pushy. The same goes for Shawn and the Finance Manager Carlos. It was a great overall experience at Bourne. It is probably the last place I will ever shop for a used car. Thanks again for the quick, friendly, no pressure experience! More
