Excellent service, no pressure sales I had visited a few dealerships before coming to Bourne's and I had been pressured tremendously by salesmen even after telling them multiple times I w I had visited a few dealerships before coming to Bourne's and I had been pressured tremendously by salesmen even after telling them multiple times I was not buying that day (just test driving). Bourne's was the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and had an excellent vast selection! I purchased a beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GS Coupe. John was very helpful, searching all Bourne's cars for ones that I might like, offering me options, and quickly throwing a plate on both cars I wanted to test drive. I came home, researched for better deals (there are none! Bournes prices are very competitive!), researched the dealer ratings, slept on it, then ultimately purchased a Maxima. Excited about the car, I contacted John several times and he replied to all calls/emails in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. When it came time to talk numbers, I insisted on having my trade-in paid off and I felt like John pushed to make that happen. I knew I was getting a great deal on the Maxima and my trade in was paid off (except for $13) so I was very satisfied with pricing and their willingness to satisfy my demands. When I sat down with Carlos and Dave O to finalize the deal, they discussed all options available for financing and warrantees, and then adjusted numbers as appropriate to get me into a price range I wanted in a loan term I was comfortable with. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Bourne's auto! I even had a client notice my license plate holder and say "I've purchased 3 cars from them! All great experiences!" That gave me extra confidence that I'm working with the right dealer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bourne's to anyone on the market. More

Overall Good Experience Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. Af Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. After multiple calls to the sales associate and no call back, I unfortunately had to call the sales manager. I hate to go above the associate but after this going on for almost 6 months it was time to stop waiting and have issues addressed. They still owed me items from when I purchased my vehicle 6 months prior. After leaving a message with the manager I received a call back within hours and received very prompt service. The loan department was AMAZING and really worked with us to get us the best deal. Definitely recommend and will see them again the the future. More
