Say hello to our Fixed Operations Manager. He's been a part of Champion for 15 years and was born in Birmingham, AL. He moved to Mississippi from Colorado because of the snow, though most locals would probably like to see more of. He thoroughly enjoys photography, and adores his grand daughter Aspyn. He wants to see happy employees and even happier customers. John's favorite part about working at Champion is meeting new people from all reaches of the globe and walks of life.

Watch out for the lying salesman. They lie, they will tell you anything to make a sale. The service department is as big of a joke as the sales department. ZEROOOOOOO STARS/ MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR ALLOWING THIS!! FOLLOW UP WHICH HAPPENED A DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE SUV If i could give ZERO i would. Yes , easy purchasing the SUV but I’m sure i ALLOWING THIS!! FOLLOW UP WHICH HAPPENED A DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE SUV If i could give ZERO i would. Yes , easy purchasing the SUV but I’m sure it also goes along with me having good credit. Now on the other hand I was completely screwed over and out of over $600 on a tire. I was told by Bart that the SUV was serviced and that they put air in the tires but because they don’t have certain equipment I would have to take it to Mobile to have them reset the dash lights. I specifically ask Bart if the tire had a nail in it and he said NO. So the very next day I took it to Land Rover where they scheduled a service a few days later and low and behold I was told the tire had a nail on the side and the air filter or whatever was bad and needed to be replaced. I forked out over $600 for those two items. When my husband and I found out we of course called Bart and he said he would take care of it but it would have to be after Christmas. OOOKAAAYYY, we waited and then contacted him yet again. We have been blown off completely even the sales manager will not contact us back. And we are completely being avoided. WHAT A SCAM!! Lesson learned. No one will contact us back so buyer beware when purchasing a used car from this dealership. If I had been told from the start that there was a nail in the tire and that I would have to purchase a new tire LIKE A NORMAL PERSON I WOULD NOT BOUGHT THE SUV. Anyone would be mad and upset at this. and it is all BS. They like to blame the techs. Well SOMEONE THERE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. I am glad that i work in a place where i see everyone. and i will make sure that everyone knows what kind of shady crap this place is running. Trust me word of mouth is better than anything. More

No pressure and pleasant employees I found the color combination in a jeep I wanted but it was more loaded than I wanted to purchase. I explained to Joe my issue and he and the staff wo I found the color combination in a jeep I wanted but it was more loaded than I wanted to purchase. I explained to Joe my issue and he and the staff worked with me on the numbers so that I drove the upgraded Jeep home. In my situation, we met in the middle which was a fair deal for both sides. Joe is a very pleasant man who was able to make my deal work out for me. All of the staff was friendly including the Finance guy Sean Douglass. No pressure to purchase extra items I didn't feel I needed. More
