Dude answers the phone as the GM to address an issue . I’ve needed a signed document because my bronco is being BOUGHT BACK. Had no issue trying to see if I needed to BUY another car but after expressing I’ve needed a signed document because my bronco is being BOUGHT BACK. Had no issue trying to see if I needed to BUY another car but after expressing I needed a signed purchase document Ford corporate, he assured me 10000% he’d have that over to me right away . I’ve called and even chat on their website since. Nothing. Never got the document and now this buy back xx extends into another day. The guys ( Travis ) etc are good there but the document I got was not signed or my original purchase order. Apparently needed by Ford. Super simple request and I’ve been trying since this morning to get one xxxx document. Never happened. . Sorry but that’s unacceptable, especially considering my vehicle is under buy back and I haven’t even seen it in 6-7 weeks! Not cool ! So, SEND MY SIGNED PURCHASE AGREEMENT WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR TO THE EMAIL I PERSONALLY GAVE YOU! Thanks More
