I called ahead to Universal Hyundai to see if they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had a 2010 Tuscon that was in perfect condition with low mileage. It was more in my price range than a brand new one and John wasn't pushy about getting me in a 2012. He was so easy to work with. They offered a very fair price after a short negotiation I was sold. Guillermo did all the paperwork with us and was so patient explaining everything to me even though we were there until well after midnight. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. The whole overall experience was great and I couldn't be happier with my new used car! I recommend this dealership to anyone! More

This is the only car dealership we went to to get a price on a new Hyundai and found the salesperson John Booth to be very courteous and helpful. No pressure with pricing and not having so many managers har on a new Hyundai and found the salesperson John Booth to be very courteous and helpful.
