I called ahead to Universal Hyundai to see if they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had a 2010 Tuscon that was in perfect condition with low mileage. It was more in my price range than a brand new one and John wasn't pushy about getting me in a 2012. He was so easy to work with. They offered a very fair price after a short negotiation I was sold. Guillermo did all the paperwork with us and was so patient explaining everything to me even though we were there until well after midnight. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. The whole overall experience was great and I couldn't be happier with my new used car! I recommend this dealership to anyone! More

This is the only car dealership we went to to get a price on a new Hyundai and found the salesperson John Booth to be very courteous and helpful. No pressure with pricing and not having so many managers har on a new Hyundai and found the salesperson John Booth to be very courteous and helpful. No pressure with pricing and not having so many managers harassing us to purchase the vehicle. Jose, the finance manager also was courteous and very helpful. Jim & Dottie Roscoe More
