I came back two days later to meet with Carmine and sign the papers. They were able to get me a great deal on a brand new Jeep, all while being friendly, fast, and courteous. The best part was that I didn’t have to wait around for hours and hours. I am so happy with my new car and can’t wait to do business with them again in the future! More

My daughter was looking to return her lease and lease a new one so I reached out to Tiffany again. She is efficient, friendly, courteous and always willing to help. She is truly as asset to the company. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership before. I had gone to Ramsey Jeep a few days earlier and it was horrible. They forced my daughter to test drive the truck (even though she didn't want to) and would not show her the features on the vehicle. They couldn't get the deal done and sent us on our way. Tiffany scheduled an appointment to come into dealership and meet with John Bowler who also is great to work with. The whole experience was so seamless and stress free. I work in the insurance industry and will send everyone over to DeCozen.. Tiffany Smith is my rock star!!! More

My Experience at DeCozen was Beyond Terrible I bought my vehicle with only about 38,000 miles on it. I did not ever imagine that in less than one month, so many major problems could occur with t I bought my vehicle with only about 38,000 miles on it. I did not ever imagine that in less than one month, so many major problems could occur with this car. I explained at the first moment that I got into the car after my purchase that there was a problem with the heat. I had to ask the salesman to include a note on my contract that this would be fixed, at no additional charge. When I brough the car back for the reapir, I had to leave the vehicle there for several days. When I picked it up, Frank told me 'I flushed the heating core - and it is now working fine". When I got in the vehicle and tested the heat, it was still not working properly. I called the dealership to explain this, since the service dept was then closed. The receptionist said that she would leave a message for Dan to call me. Needless to say, I never received any call from Dan. It gets worse. I explained when I brought the car back for the heat repair that it was also intermittently not starting. When I picked it up from DeCozen after 4 days, Frank told me - "We started it many times, and could not find any problem. I even had one of my guys take it to lunch, to see if the problem would occur, but it didn't". Take the car to lunch???? There is something wrong with the car that you sold me. Many times it will not start, at all. It is also making many squeaking and rattling noises. I should not have been sold a car in this condition - used or not - and it is amazing to me that your dealership would allow this to happen. Incidentally, we purchased two used vehicles from you, on the same day. You would think that we would get something remotely close to high quality service, as valued new customers. Quite the contrary. When I brought the car in for repairs, and my salesman was informed that I was there, he did not even come out to greet me or attempt to ensure that I was satisfied. I am completely astounded at this entire scenario. I would hope that someone of authority from your dealership would at least show the respect of contacting us. More
