Purchased an XT5 after leasing an XT4, 3 years ago. With such limited inventory it's not the best time to be in the market for a new vehicle. John Bradley was great to work with and did everything he could to get us the car we wanted. Rick Melendy got us through the paperwork and explained the various options in a straightforward and professional manner. Alex Rogers, the Executive Manager, stepped in while John was out of the office. Alex answered my questions and provided me the information I needed to make an informed decision. One of the other reasons we returned to Colonial was the Service we received over the last 3 years. The entire Service Team has been great. I've mainly dealt with Denise Leigh and she has been outstanding to work with. More

This dealership is so "customer focused". My children bought be a detailing for my car for Christmas and booked the appointment for me. The dealership worked with me (last minute) to add in additional s bought be a detailing for my car for Christmas and booked the appointment for me. The dealership worked with me (last minute) to add in additional services that I wanted to have done - even with them being short staffed. On top of all of that, they noticed my inspection sticker was going to expire and added that in as well - one less thing for me to have to worry about. I dropped my car off at 8am and needed it back by 4 (please keep in mind that a detail takes 4 hours) and then I had several added services as well. Renata said she would do her best and at 3pm I got the call my car was ready.... simply amazing!! More
