Warranty work I needed to have to warranty work done on my truck before I drove to NC and expired my factory warranty. Spoke with Chaz in the service department and I needed to have to warranty work done on my truck before I drove to NC and expired my factory warranty. Spoke with Chaz in the service department and he was very helpful on making sure I got done what I needed and got me a loaner truck in the meantime. All work was completed in a timely fashion and truck was returned washed. Thanks guys! More

This dealership is second to none! I met my salesman, John Bruno, about 18 months ago when I walked in and told him I was in the market for a pick up truck. In those last 18 months I’ve I met my salesman, John Bruno, about 18 months ago when I walked in and told him I was in the market for a pick up truck. In those last 18 months I’ve borrowed, rented, or driven at the appropriate dealerships, a GMC Canyon, Toyota Tacoma, Toyota tundra, GMC Sierra and a Chevy Silverado - 1/2 tons- and finally bought my truck last Saturday. I ended up with a GMC Canyon Denali crew cab in a beautiful candy apple red metallic. I’ve always had two vehicles Being a car along with either a truck or an SUV of substantial size. I have bought many used vehicles and several brand new ones and I have never ever had the experience with any other dealership that I had, pleasantly, with Dick Noris Buick GMC Inc. in Palm Harbor. After I made my decision to purchase rather than lease, Athena, the business manager who is a newer employee at this dealership, prepared the contracts and explained everything, helped me purchase the add-ons that I wished to include in the sale, and went through the warranty options from top to bottom flawlessly and professionally. She was amazing. After the detailing and add-on installations and applications were completed I was taken to my new vehicle where Cameron, another new employee of this dealership, was waiting to explain the interior and operations of the vehicle to me. He wanted to make sure I knew every nuance of this vehicle and how to operate it and everthing in its entirety and he was patiently willing to review everything more than once until I understood and was comfortable and completely thrilled with the purchase. This is an experience that I have never had the pleasure of going through, ever, and I’m still astounded at each individual employee’s Professionalism and performance professionalism and performance. I’ll NEVER go anywhere else!! More

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever I had a terrible experience with this dealership.The kind that gives car salesman/dealerships a bad name. Everyone was nice and helpful in the beginni I had a terrible experience with this dealership.The kind that gives car salesman/dealerships a bad name. Everyone was nice and helpful in the beginning.... I bought a 2010 FORD F150 with low miles. It was a great deal!....... but not even 24 hours after driving off their lot with my truck I had to return it due to a transmission issue. I spent the next month and a half having to take my truck back to get fixed. I will say throughout the whole time everyone was very nice and willing to help out the best way they could. It was just very frustrating to have to continue to take my truck back every week because of something. I found out later by one of their techs that the "warranty" that came with the truck would not cover repairs because according to them it was a pre-existing issue. I was sold a defective vehicle. The Used car manager Jim apologized and assured me that the truck was going to be fixed to my satisfaction at their cost..... I was then told they were going to take it to the FORD dealership and get looked at by a FORD technician and have the transmission reset. I called back later that afternoon to ask how the long I should expect the truck to be there and was told by the service adviser Chaz that the service manager, Brent, had taken the truck to the FORD and that the tech at FORD said the noise I was hearing was normal for a 4X4 truck and that it was ready for pickup. I must've had stupid written on my forehead if they thought I would believe something so asinine. I have driven 4X4 trucks my whole life and know I better. After speaking with Jim (used car manager) I found out that they never took the truck to the FORD dealership at all. I had caught them in a lie. I was furious and also in a bit of shock. I could not believe that a company that prides themselves on customer service would stoop to that level and lie to their customer. I did nothing wrong. I just wanted my truck. I mean we are talking about a safety issue here. I am a mother with 2 small children and drive many miles each day. How could you knowingly put me and my family in danger. Jim was nice and apologetic but I demanded that they buy back the truck for the full purchase price or I would unfortunately have to take legal action. They complied. Finally, they did the right thing in buying the truck back BUT it was a horrible experience and I would never recommend doing business with them. More
