The Little Rock Subaru dealership quickly figured out what was wrong with my car, let me know that my car was not safe to drive and quickly got me a loaner car to use while mine was getting fixed. We arrived at the dealership as a road trip emergency. About 100 miles out of Little Rock, our tire pressure alert light turned on. Being one of the two Subaru dealership in all of Arkansas, they were totally full with scheduled appointments. Never the less, they inspected the tire and confirmed it was an emergency situation. While we waited in a very comfortable waiting area with a full complimentary cafe, put the car in line for service. I had a tire warranty I had purchased at the time we purchased the car. The service department worked through all the paperwork, replaced the tire, and did it all with friendliness. I apologize for not remember the Service Department team that worked with us. They were all great. More
