My entire experience with buying my Crosstrek was easy with no pressure. Logan was great in helping us work the deal; Taylor with helping me understand and set up the various settings; Jaime with checkin with no pressure. This is not Michael, , it’s Penny, however, he is of the same mind I am. I had a terrible time getting Logan. I’had no idea he was on vacation and I’m sorry I bothered him. But NOBODY would answer at the d same mind I am. I had a terrible time getting Logan. I’had no idea he was on vacation and I’m sorry I bothered him. But NOBODY would answer at the desk. I called numerous times to no avail. With that being said, I finally did get the desk and she was just a tad unprofessional. I explained we were leaving for the holidays and needed it changed before the holidays. I was on HOLD awhile, then she came back with an attitude and said, “WELL….can you be here at 8am? I said yes ma’am I can”. We live in Guy, 18mi north of Greenbrier and own a cattle ranch so her attitude was wasted on me. We get up at 530 every morning. We have 110 head of cattle and they must be fed. So I threw her an answer she was not expecting obviously. She let out a heavy sigh and said, ‘’ok’’ and hung UP! RUDE!!!!!! More
