He went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. We did not feel pressured in anyway. His kindness and caring attitude was one of the reasons we kept coming back to Chris Nikel to look at their trucks. We felt like he was honest and really wanted us to have the truck we wanted; that would make us happy. We deeply appreciated everyone that helped us at Chris Nikel, including finance.
