I arrived at Chris Nikel and was immediately greeted by the manager and my freakingly amazing car salesman Cale Kirtley! Took the car out for a test drive and I loved it. Cale, John, and Mr. A A Ron the finance guy made the process smooth and had a very pleasant experience. After the financing was situated, I walked out and saw Cale cleaning the outside of my car bc the car wash was temporarily out of service. I’m very impressed with all their customer service and I feel they all went above and beyond! More

As first time car buyers, I was very reluctant to do anything that made me uncomfortable and didn’t want to feel taken advantage of. It surpassed all expectations I had. There was no pushy sales pitch, and instead a comfortable car purchase in which I felt very happy at the end of the day. No dealer fees was a huge plus, and they mean it, none at all!! I felt so happy to purchase my car here, and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. So thankful for this fantastic experience! More

They took their time with me, making sure all my questions were answered. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable of the vehicles and is personable, makes you feel like you are a person and not a number, be sure to ask for Cale. He is honest, straight forward, and extremely helpful when it comes to any part of the experience. They guy literally cleaned up my car when it was nasty and freezing outside. No pressure, very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Chris Nikel Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone. More

He went to work here because of how well he had been treated as a buyer---he wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. I appreciate people who believe in a company like he does, and have a passion for quality service. I understand why John feels this way, after experiencing his professional salesmanship and the Chris Nikel difference. It's refreshing not to haggle over a sale, get a good deal, and not have to pay all kinds of processing fees, etc.I appreciate Matt working with me also. On a cash deal, you pay the price quoted for the vehicle and you are good to go. It was well worth the time and distance for me to go to Broken Arrow for my truck. I understand now why this dealership is rated so highly. More

You will not find a better dealorship. Find Steve Shields I've looked for a very long time for just the right car. I at first found it at the local new dealership around Pryor, okla. However with a horrible experience I walk away from the dealership. I'd give up for a month and went back on the hunt for the car I always wanted and landed it here. The choices of what they had was huge in every model. My choice was easy. Steve Shields my salesman, made it the best experience I'd ever had. Never mislead me, never tried alter his promises of the sale all the way through the final of sale and delivery of car. You just don't find that kind of salesman. (You all know what I mean). I will now always be a return customer. Thank you Steve Shieds and secondly thank you Chris Nichols. Side note- To Chris Nichols have you read what I wrote? You have a one of a kind salesman.
