The price negotiation process was the only uncomfortable part, when Igor missed offering a price for our car selection, which matched or was below the Patrick Subaru online pricing. We came close to walking out. But again another plus part of the process was that Igor handled it on his own. He was never overruled by a manager. The entire time Igor spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood the many car options & that we were happy with our new car purchase! More

It started with an exchange of several email where internet consultants Lisa Dennis and Ashley Cubbedge inquired about what I wanted in a car, what model would work best for my needs and what features were most important to me. There was no pressure to push any particular option or package. When they found a car that seemed a good fit, they gave me a quote that was an excellent value, I then made an appointment to take a look at the car. I was given plenty of time to research the model and features and any potential problems online. Sales representative John Watt was very patient in answering all my questions and allowed me an extensive road test of the new features, especially any that I had questions about, The same was true with the finance representative, John Canty. I did not feel pressured to take something I didn't want and was given time to make an informed decision. At every step of this purchase I felt like my needs were put first. I couldn't be more pleased. More
