Well worth the drive to dealership We were in the market for a year end sake on a convertible mustang. On line search told us supply was limited...colors and wants in car even more so. We located one with what we desired...at Griffin Ford Lincoln in Fort Atkinson..and it was no where near our home. We connected by text to make sure still available to purchase. Chris Kern greeted us on our arrival. He was professional and informative. We were unfamiliar with the area for the test ride...Chris graciously got in his car so that we could follow...trialing both city speed and highway speeds with the car. John Chady was introduced and answered a few questions for us too. Duston was the finance gentleman we worked with. Price was acceptable to us as was our trade in. They worked with us preparing the car and paperwork...waiting for us to unlock our credit so they may review. Everything was smooth and ready on our return...and we couldn't be happier! Truly worth our 70 mile trip! More

Stiff Neck. Joyce is my Mother-in-law. Overall, you have been taking good care of her car and because she is elderly and not very mobile, it's nice that you pick Joyce is my Mother-in-law. However, this last time, the car was left adjusted for the large man that drove it back to her. She could not find the adjustments herself and had to drive it with the seat too loo, steering wheel too high, and she got a sore neck driving, not to mention that she was likely unsafe driving that way.
