I am glad we met John when we went to BMW dealership looking for our first BMW. We found him to be very knowledgable about all the technical features of the BMWs. John was a great guy to work with. He was very courteous, respectful and patient. He understood our requirements. He went over the functions of all the technical aspects of the car when we took the delivery and told us to call him if we needed any more information. This was very reassuring at our age.
