Fantastic experience with Dori and Arthur yet again. This is my 4th or 5th BMW and the quality of the deal and service never ceases to exceed my expectations. I deal direct with Dori for much of the dea This is my 4th or 5th BMW and the quality of the deal and service never ceases to exceed my expectations. I deal direct with Dori for much of the deal but Arthur is a phenomenal sales guy who did a fantastic job with all the logistics of the delivery and getting me very comfortable with the new car. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with the finance guy Russell who I’ve used before - he completely forgot me and acted as if this was my first purchase. He made some very odd and borderline insulting comments when I turned down all the extra packages in Finance I never take (extended warranties, keys, tires etc). Not pleasant at all and very offensive to the point I nearly walked out on the deal (not even kidding). Going forward if I do another deal with Freehold I absolutely refuse to work with him going forward. Not a fun or pleasant experience by any stretch of the imagination. Regardless of that, everyone and everything else with BMW of Freehold and Dori was world class as always. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my purchase. More
