This was my first experience purchasing a BMW. John was patient and knowledgeable with all the features of the car. He was beyond helpful. The other staff member I encountered were also just as professiona patient and knowledgeable with all the features of the car. He was beyond helpful. We had come to return our BMW 540i and did not have the next car picked and found ourselves in a difficult situation of having three drivers and one car at home. Nick took great interest in making sure that we walked away happy with our new BMW X7 and we cannot say enough good things about the car and the customer service we received from Nick, John and Ruslan. It was a pleasure working with all three of them. We have been doing business with the BMW Freehold team since 2006 and every time we decide to go somewhere else, we end up coming back to them because no one else can beat their price and customer service.
