Without a doubt, if I ever need another new car, John at Hall Honda is who I would see. However, what I think has been a true bonus to my new car experience, is the extra instruction I received after I have had my car for one month. This extra service is a wonderful service to clarify and check for drivers' understanding of their new car. My "instructor" Barb did an outstanding job in reviewing and introducing me to many features of my car that I did not know or understood even though I reviewed the tutorials on line and read the manual. Her understanding of the car was superb and her patience was incredible. I left the dealership having a far more comfortable feeling about my car thanks to her. I certainly hope this service will continue for your customers and Barb continues to educate new car owners. Thank you very much! More

Surprises Come In All Sizes I was not looking to purchase a new car, as my 2017 Civic was not even 3 years old yet but I got a call from one of the Managers and he said he though I was not looking to purchase a new car, as my 2017 Civic was not even 3 years old yet but I got a call from one of the Managers and he said he thought they could put me in a new car and that I would be happy. I told him I wanted to work with John Christian because he sold me the 2017 and I was happy with his service. John took me out in a new 2019 Honda Civic just like the one I had but it included a few safety features I did not have. I drove the car and then it was time to see what the dealership could do for me. Richard and I talked, I made some requests and Hall agreed. Be sure, it was a good deal but I still didn't want to take the money out of my investments at this time. I wanted to pay cash, no car payment. John and I talked about my leasing a car and asked Richard to work with the final numbers we had talked about for a sale. He came back and I was able to trade my car for a 3 year lease, no monthly payments and I am getting money back. Now I have a new car, new warranty, and at the end of 3 years, I can purchase this car or turn it in for a brand new one. My money well have earned more interest over the 3 years and I will be more ready to part with it. I couldn't have done this without John's help. He was looking at the whole picture to determine what would be best for me and I think he nailed it. I have always had my Hall Honda cars serviced there and will continue to work with John, as long as he is there and I will refer people to him as I have in the past. Thank you, Rebecca Harvey More

I coudn't be happier! Ian could not have been more patient with this 70 year old who was trying to understand all the features of the Honda Pilot. I had a list of questions and he went over everything as often as necessary for me to be able to understand. He took all the time needed. In this world of poor customer service, I hope you value him as an employee. I went to Walmart right afterwards and asked an employee if she could help me find something. All she said was "no" and left. I was raised that no matter where you work, you take care of the customer. Anyway, Ian was quite refreshing! John Christain sold us (my husband) the car in November (which is why I selected Sales (new) below. This is the first opportunity I have had to have someone go over the car with me. More

Superior service all around. On Satu8rday 3/23/19, My wife and I went in to buy a battery for our key Fob. While my wife was taking care of that, I went to say hello to Papa Seck. I told him about an offer that I had from Hall Jeep/Ram. I ask if they did anything like that. Papa called Ian Baer up front and ask him to bring a 2019 Pilot Touring up for me to look at. As Ian was showing us the vehicle, John Christian comes in. We have bought many cars from John and has always given us the best service you can give anyone. Low an behold, before we knew it, we had just purchased a new 2019 Honda Pilot. We went into the office to talk to Marcus Jones. It was his first time doing a lease customer. He did a great job.
