I also want to recognize Shelby Wilson for getting me set up to add my accessories. Shelby made sure they were installed in a timely manner and that my car was detailed before I picked it up from the dealership. This is the 4th Honda I have purchased from Hall Honda in the last 9 years, and I have always had a positive experience with the process. More

Great person (not like a sales person) I had an incredible experience with Erin Bessey, John when I purchased my car. John even taught me how to drive a stick shift! VERY GENEROUS people. I will not buy other car from anybody else. Nicole Gnader is very personable, easy to talk to, gives me good advises, always looks out for anybody to meet car service needs. She is very professional but down to earth generous person. I thank her very much for listening to my questions and patience about my car. She definitely has full of knowledge to take good care of customers and incredible problem solving skills that I can count on. she is very thoughfull, courtious. She is the BEST hard working representive I ever met at service center!!!!! More

Extraordinary salesperson, typical nickel and dime dealer John’s primary objective is to make sure the customer gets the car they want/need, without undue pressure to pick a more extravagant model or expensiv John’s primary objective is to make sure the customer gets the car they want/need, without undue pressure to pick a more extravagant model or expensive and unneeded options. I have purchased several cars from him specifically and brought my son here for his first car. John take the pain out of finding a car. When the dealerhship takes over the deal, it unfortunately turns into a typical dealership, with the multiple upsells, pressure, and insane amounts of fine print. I havent found a way to avoid that. More
