Great customer service. Travis, our salesman, was super nice. We could have bought from anywhere we wanted, but his attitude and friendliness kept us there and ultimately sen Travis, our salesman, was super nice. We could have bought from anywhere we wanted, but his attitude and friendliness kept us there and ultimately sent us home in a new GMC. Thanks. More

Easy Buying Process My initial engagement was with Justin Calloway, he recommended the GMC AT4. After reviewing its options, I agreed it was the best fit for me. We disc My initial engagement was with Justin Calloway, he recommended the GMC AT4. After reviewing its options, I agreed it was the best fit for me. We discussed a color, and he told me that he would have it in a few days, he called the next day and told me it had arrived. When I went back to the dealership, Justin was busy with another customer, so I was greeted by Travis Houck, ultimately Travis was the reason I made the purchase, easy to deal with , honest, forthright and engaging. He's definitely an asset to your team. After tentatively agreeing to price, with Travis and Jeff, I was sent back to deal with Ethan in financing, he was another easy person to deal with, but with the price of the Extended warranty, I had reservations about the overall price (Purchase price and warranty) I asked to speak to my Salesman Travis, but Ethan said that a Manager would have to discuss with me, My encounter with Jeff was short, abrupt and not totally positive. So i walked on the deal $1494 dollars apart. I discussed with Travis on my way out the door, giving him positive feedback about his role. I asked him to have another person look at the deal, and confirm what Jeff told me, "Its the best deal you can get " John Collins called me the next day, said he closed the gap by another $1000.00 with a credit or rebate etc. I told him thanks, went back the next evening. Travis came in on his day off to meet me, he took me in to Ethan again. I feel like " I got the best Deal" Great experience with the dealership. I would recommend FERGUSON and Travis Houck More

GMC 2500 Denali Purchase Dealing with the manager Chris made it pretty clear cut. When we agreed on a price he sent back a piece of paper with the price I was looking for. Then when we were working out the final details I found out that 1400 or so was for financing with GMAC. I had already told them I would bring a check. Not that big of a deal because John and I worked around it and I gave another 1000 or 2 to make the numbers work. Except for the GMAC issue dealing with John was pretty much straight forward as was with Chris. I worked promptly on my end to see to it the check was brought back that afternoon. I needed a goose neck hitch put on and tinting. I was told by the salesman it would be ready at noon the next day. I called the next day and was told the salesman wasn't there. I called back about an hour later and reached him and was told everything was done except the cleaning of the vehicle. I told him I would rearrange my day, and wouldn't show up for a few more hours. When I got there the salesman was busy and he told me he got swamped. I said, "no big deal I just rearranged my day so the detailing could be done. I told him I couldn't wait anymore I had to be in a meeting. I had already postponed the meeting once. Anyway, I drove home in my new truck with dirty carpet but satisfied with everything except the delay and the cleaning. Even though the salesman told me to bring it back later and they would auto detail it, I live out of town and have decided to pay to have it detailed. It's detailed by someone else now. I'm sure I won't attempt to bring it all the way back to the city to have it cleaned and cost myself another 3 hours out of my very busy schedule. More
