I am very happy with the service I received at Golf Mill Ford while setting up a lease for a new Ford Explorer! I pretty much just worked with Ken Park, who said he was new, but went WAY above and beyond my Ford while setting up a lease for a new Ford Explorer! I pretty much just worked with Ken Park, who said he was new, but went WAY above and beyond my expectations for the service quality I would get while buying my new car. While deciding on how I wanted to lease it, I decided I wanted to trade in my wife’s old car, but it was at home, and I had driven my work truck to the dealership. I figured I was going to have to come back another day to bring in my wife’s car and trade it for the Explorer, but Ken actually offered to drive the Explorer to my house for me! I drove my work truck home and he followed me in the Explorer, and when we got there I kept the Explorer and he drove back to the dealership with my wife’s old car. I didn’t think anyone would go that far (about 40 miles) and do that favor for me, but it REALLY helped! I am very happy with their service and I will definitely be back! More

UPDATED: in response to management, your employee called and let me know you DO have the vehicle. Another salesperson was trying to steal her sale, and attempted to direct me to a different car. This happens so often your employees apparently feel the need to hide keys from one another, which is the most absurdly unprofessional environment I've ever encountered as a customer. I absolutely have copied and pasted this review to all outlets I could find, so that no buyer has to waste their time with your unethical business. This is evidence of how absolutely infuriating my experience has been and a point of caution to potential customers. Than you for calling attention to it. As many other reviewers have noted, this dealership is known for the bait and switch. I'm a Z-plan (corporate retiree) discount buyer, so I receive no-haggle best pricing. They had a vehicle with the options we wanted, so I called to get the price. After refusing to email or call me with the price, as most dealers will do, I decided to make the 45 minute drive to go get the price in person. I called before leaving. After waiting around for 15 minutes they attempt to walk me to the parking lot to look at other vehicles because the car had sold. If they offered any value at all - like bothering to go ahead and look up how long it would take them to order the vehicle I want - I might not be writing this review. This is the type of dealer that seethes dishonesty in every interaction and drives people away from the Ford brand. Huge liability for the company, and I hope they'll quickly kill off these dinosaur remnants of pre transparent price and availability car buying. More
