Very pleasant and easy experience This is a very easy experience for us. Just a few phone calls, text messages and emails. We had a couple ideas about the type of vehicle we wanted but This is a very easy experience for us. Just a few phone calls, text messages and emails. We had a couple ideas about the type of vehicle we wanted but after discussing it with Greg we wound up going with a different brand that we haven’t thought of. We got the color we wanted and all the features we wanted. We are very pleased and love the car. They emailed us the paperwork so we could go over it with no pressure. Greg delivered the car to us him self and picked up our trade. We never had to step foot in a dealership. This is definitely the best way to lease or buy a car. More

Just became D&M a lifetime Customer!!! When it comes to leasing Im a newb. And I started out dealing with another dealership. They werent able to get my numbers to my liking or at least to When it comes to leasing Im a newb. And I started out dealing with another dealership. They werent able to get my numbers to my liking or at least to where i could handle the payments. And so i asked them about leasing. If it was even an option. And they said yes and that they had so many programs that i would have to come in. Well I dont people well these days, so that wasnt an option for me. Well thats when I sent out the stuff for D&M to call me back. Well they did and promptly at that. I had the plesure of working with both John and Chris. Both went the extra mile to get me where I needed to be and put me in a absolute perfect fit as far as a Truck goes for my family and myself. I have never seen customer service to this degree. Now i did all the dealings over the phone and text and email and with my wife. My wife never once talk to Chris or John. Now I can proudly say that the customer service that was so graciously provided to My wife and I that my wife told me that we are not allowed to buy/lease from anyone or anywhere else. It blew her mind on how well and how professionally we were taken care of. Usually when you walk into a dealership its like walking into a wolfs den and who ever is the fastest gets to maul you first. Not here. Its who ever can help you the best. Who has the knowledge that can best suite your needs. They went to bat for me and dealt with their dealerships and made the whole buying experience pain free. Thank you So much.
