In his absence last week, Ethan Anderson stepped up and recommended a 2016 Infin We worked with John Conn in the past and had a fantastic experience. In his absence last week, Ethan Anderson stepped up and recommended a 2016 Infiniti QX70 which I LOVE. We were looking to turn in our leased 2013 Volvo (leased from D&M-John Conn) and wanted something newer. He accommodated our schedule, we looked at it on Thursday evening and fell in love with it. We needed the payments to be at a certain number and initially they were looking higher than we wanted. Ethan asked us to give us a day or so to see what he could do, and he worked magic and got the payments where we wanted. His day off was Saturday so we initially told him we would wait until Monday for the car. But I REALLY wanted it on Saturday, so at our last minute request, he took the time on Saturday and personally delivered the car to us! He was awesome! And the signing process took less than 20 minutes. LOVE D&M and the service Ethan provided! Will recommend to everyone, and will definitely be repeat customers! More
