Jim was the salesman that I dealt with 3 year I previously leased a RAV4 and loved it. Lease was ending and wanted another RAV4 with more features. Jim was the salesman that I dealt with 3 years ago and he was so helpful then that I wanted to deal with him again. He teamed up with John and they went the extra mile to find the white RAV4 with all the features that I wanted. When we picked up the RAV4 Jim took his time to go over all the new features with us. Then it was time to meet with Basil who was very pleasant and had us out of the dealership within the hour with our new RAV4. More
