Bruce Ascher was exceptional. I was about to pull the trigger on a deal with Carvana and decided to visit Curry Toyota. The manager assigned me to Bruce Ascher. Bruce really listened to what I wanted and advised me based only on my needs. He wasn't trying to sell me a car as much as he was trying to solve my dilemma and meet my financial needs. I arrived at 10am and left with a brand new Toyota Corolla Lease at 4pm. The finances worked out perfectly and the experience was the smoothest auto purchase I have had in 45 years. I never felt pressured. Bruce was exceptional. Basil Grant the finance manager was exceptional as well. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and answered all of my questions. I did a lot of research and knew the car I wanted down to the color. I was warmly greeted on walking in and made very comfortable. I liked the dealership. It wasn't ostentatious but clean and well lit with nice touches like the mural of all the Toyotas. My sales person was Hamlet Perez, who was very nice, and very, very knowledgeable. I found Hamlet's sales effort to be the best of those I had encountered in this round of shopping. Not only was he accommodating, but his experience in souping up cars really helped to solidify my interest in the car. I felt that his opinions were valuable down to which bumper guard to get. I had spoken to John on the phone, and even though I was assigned to a sales person, John greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. I found John to be very open and up-front about pricing. I was price sensitive, so John's interaction was very important. Car pricing is complicated on the best of days, but John had a lot of patience walking me through the numbers and coming to a final deal. I appreciated that very much.
