Our buying experience the day we got our car was really easy and fast, but the team at Curry also had already gone above and beyond in the days leading up to it. I was looking for a RAV4 Prime with a speci easy and fast, but the team at Curry also had already gone above and beyond in the days leading up to it. I was looking for a RAV4 Prime with a specific color and trim, which was a very hard car to find at the time. I spoke with more than a dozen dealerships and was going to settle for a different car from another dealership when I reached out to Curry, even though they're far from my home and there's 20+ Toyota dealerships closer to me. Dawn G. told me that they didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but they did have one coming in that I was able to reserve via a small deposit. I needed delivery by a certain date and the team at Curry did a great job of making sure the car would be ready in time and keeping me in the loop. Alex Church was great at providing me with every document and all of the information I needed to make my purchase go smoothly. On the day I went to pick up the car Alex was very helpful showing me the features of the car, answering any questions, and made sure the rest of the buying experience went well. Basil from the finance office was easy-going and didn't waste our time. Also thank you to John C. for helping to keep me posted on my car's delivery. Him and his staff were all very easy to work with, which was something I could especially appreciate after all of the dealerships I had been speaking to. There was no pressure and the price we had agreed to was exactly what I paid. Other dealerships had tried to sell me the exact same car with ridiculous markups. Everyone at Curry was perfectly straightforward and upfront about the entire process, price included, and I really appreciated that approach. It took me over three months to finally write this review but I wanted to make sure I did because the experience was so positive, especially in comparison to how difficult it was to work with some of the other dealerships I'd already spoken to. Our family loves the new car. The next time I need a new car Curry will be my first stop even though they're far from my home. The quality of the staff and the easy buying experience are worth the trip. More
