After hearing the bad experience that my father inlaw had in the Interstate Ford’s Service Department he has asked me if I would leave a review on his behalf. I will start off by telling anyone who is readin in the Interstate Ford’s Service Department he has asked me if I would leave a review on his behalf. I will start off by telling anyone who is reading this my father inlaw is that kind old man who has always picked up a dozen donuts for the employees before entering a service department. This is not a bad review of how he was treated in the service department by an advisor, a review on the cost of a service, this review isn’t even on the amount of time that was spent in the service department. This is a review on the poor quality of service, attention to important details and the concern this is going to happen to other customers if this problem goes on un addressed. My father in laws previous visit to Interstate Ford resulted in a wheel left loose by the Service Department and had damaged the wheel studs and lug nuts. He was issued a loaner while they made the repairs and he had just thought the experience was just a mistake that could happen in any service department. On this visit for a second time the wheel was once again left loose. My father in law and wife didn’t make it very far from the Service Department before they could feel the shake and hobble of a loose wheel. When they returned to the service drive my wife got out and inspected the wheels until she came to one that she was able to remove the lug nut by hand, gave it to a service advisor. They then had the intentions of driving the vehicle to a lift unit my wife kindly pointed out that the wheel was loose enough it could fall off and further damage the vehicle. Then with no jack or anything to lift the wheel off the ground to ensure it was going to be properly secure to the vehicle they brought a tool out to once again improperly tighten the wheel. The technician then drove the vehicle to the back to re- inspect his work. After I heard of my father in laws experience and having spent over a decade in the dealership before going to a private company I decided it would be best to reinspect the work myself. As you will see in the photos I will post with this review the lug nuts went from loose to over torqued, distorting and damaging every lug nut on the vehicle. I couldn’t even begin to describe how tight every wheel was. If my father in law had a flat or any other need for removing his wheel he would’ve been left stranded with how maliciously tight the wheels were after being re-torqued. Furthermore while I was inspecting the damage to my father in laws vehicle I also came across one of the recommended repairs. “ Customers Shock Leaking” The shock was not leaking and this would have been an unnecessary repair at my father in laws expense. I am sorry to write such a lengthy review but I wanted to address my safety concerns to any other customers before they choose to use Interstate Ford. More

I'm sure I'd still be in automotive retailing had I been able to work together with them. Everything was explained without sounding like a processed speech, and I was respected, listened to, understood and provided options adapted perfectly to my feedback. This excellent service extended to the next morning, while dropping off some additional items related to my trade, where the team and Q especially went out of their way to ensure I was looked after for my needs even before grabbing a coffee. Surprise and delight of customers is something every organization wants to provide, but rarely succeeds. Trust me - Interstate Ford has cultivated a professional and wonderful team of people who will beyond surprise and delight you too if you give them the opportunity. More stars are needed beyond the only five afforded here... Wow! More

I am a resident of Longmont Co. Who owns a Ford f150 and a Ford fusion. I have made Interstate Ford my dealership of chose over Longmont Ford due to the fact that on multiple occasions Interstate Ford show a Ford fusion. I have made Interstate Ford my dealership of chose over Longmont Ford due to the fact that on multiple occasions Interstate Ford showed me that they cared about me the customer over their profit! I had a few dealings with issues with the parts department and the service department and each time Interstate Ford stepped up and went above and beyond to resolve my issues and take care of my vehicles. Longmont Ford went as far as to tell me that I haven't spent much money with them. So I recommend to anyone in northern Colorado if your looking for an honest dealership that cares about its customers more then their profit! Go to Interstate Ford for all your auto needs. Needs a bigger facility and much better service effort I've had two Ford vehicles in for service over the last 10 years +/-, and bought a new one there about 9 years ago. This dealer is located in a very rapidly growing area of north Denver metro, including a large amount of commercial vehicle servicing. Its obvious during service visits that they are under-sized on the facility, and possibly really tough to hire & retain service techs...I get that, but that's the business you're in. Recent service experience really set me off. For my '11 Ford Edge, in July 2019 had it in for "major 60,000 mile service." Almost $900 service bill....but now the 9 year old battery is totally dead. Wouldn't the battery have been tested just 90 days ago, especially for a battery that old?! Furthermore, when I call into service to set up an appointment, the response is "...we can get you in the end of next week..." Most people can't be without their vehicle for that long....complete lack of awareness on the part of the service person (Mary Jo). Get a bigger facility (that one under construction, is that the future new Interstate Ford?) with better employees and I'll consider going back. I've always wondered with the large volume of commercial vehicle service if passenger car service gets the short end of the stick....cutting corners, etc. Think I have my answer now. More

OUTSTANDING!!! Sara Holman and Mike Ververs have provided me with the best buying experience! Not Only did I purchase a brand new car for the first time they were so nice and so easy-going no pressure at all. Sara Holman explained everything in the vehicle it was all new to me. Mike Ververs was low pressure in the finance department he provided me with information I never even knew I could use on my previous vehicles he did an outstanding job. I honestly never thought I would on a Ford vehicle yet a loan a new Ford vehicle and I believe I have come to the Darkside and will forever be a Ford owner. very nice very friendly dealership. I honestly never thought I would own a Ford yet alone a new Ford vehicle. So happy and I love love love my new Escape!!!!!!!!!! More
